Meet Dr Nguyen Vu Dinh
Nguyen Vu has a passion for getting people back in the game whether it be cycling, running, tennis or just the game of life after suffering from acute and chronic pain or injuries.
Nguyen Vu received his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the Lynn Business School with a secondary study emphasis in Exercise Physiology from Stetson University in 2006. Realizing that being behind a desk all day wasn't for him and having a passion for helping people, he applied to physical therapy school.
Nguyen Vu graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory University School of Medicine in 2009. During his curriculum, he also studied advanced manual and mobilization techniques. Additionally, he received advanced competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation from Emory. Nguyen Vu, along with his research group, performed primary research on the foot and ankle and achieved publication in the International Journal of Sports Medicine. He went on to present this research at the International Conference on Kinesiology & Exercise Sciences in Athens, Greece in 2010.
Nguyen Vu has nearly 10 years of clinical experience in the out-patient and hospital settings. Out-patient practice emphasis includes post-surgical orthopedic management, back pain, shoulder pain, sports injuries, neurologic dysfunction, and wellness. In the hospital, rehabilitation management includes post-operative management of back surgeries, knee, hip, and shoulder replacement, Vestibular dysfunction, neurological involvement, and early mobilization of critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
When not working, Nguyen Vu enjoys spending time with his young family- Desiree his wife and his 2 sons Noah and Jacob, being active, and napping. You can often find him training on his bike as he is an avid cyclist with over 10 years of racing experience. He has provided consultation in bicycle tech and training techniques for athletes.
